Once the contract is started, HiTek Staffing handles all human resource functions including payroll generation and distribution; payroll tax withholding, state and federal reporting requirements and employer related insurance administration.

Temp to Hire

A consultant is provided with the intent that the consultant will become an employee of the company after a certain number of months or hours or when a defined project is completed. This model allows you to fully evaluate a consultant's capabilities prior to committing to a hiring decision. With Contract-to-Hire Services, HiTek Staffing and the client agree on an hourly bill rate for the contract period, the date the consultant will be converted to a regular employee of the company, a minimum number of hours the consultant must work as a HiTek Staffing consultant prior to conversion, and/or a conversion fee which is payable to HiTek Staffing once the consultant is actually converted to regular employee status with the client.

Permanent Hire

Pre-screened candidates with complete background and employment check are provided to fulfil your permanent staffing needs. With Direct Hire Services, HiTek Staffing and the client agree on the terms of the Direct Hire placement which typically include the fee percentage and a guarantee provision should the Consultant not work out.
