Required Skills
· Bachelor\'s degree with: * At least 3 years\' experience as an Instructional Technology Specialist or Curriculum Designer
· At least 2 years\' experience in higher education or similar experience in secondary education
· At least 2 years\' experience in administration of educational systems (LMS, SIS, CMS) Required Experience
· Administration of educational systems (LMS, SIS, CMS) * Developing and imparting training on LMS tools and technologies
· Developing usage metrics using reporting tools
· Maintaining and managing LMS and its interfaces with SIS
· Experience with a learning management system - BlackBoard or similar
· Experience installing and configuring COTS applications in a multi-tier environment
· Project planning and project management experience
